Flavor of Pueblo returns, Latino Chamber names new CEO

Noah Commerford has been named chief executive officer of the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Pueblo, replacing interim director Charles Hernandez.

“Noah brings enthusiasm and a core understanding of our organization’s mission and vision, which will allow the chamber to continue its momentum in supporting the Pueblo business community,” said board chair Ray Romero.

Commerford has served on the chamber board and will continue to serve as a treasurer. He also has served as the Supporting Pueblo coordinator for the chamber.

A graduate of Pueblo West High School, he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Colorado State University Pueblo.

The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Pueblo was created in 1979 to serve as the voice for the fast-growing Hispanic business community. It has evolved since to serve as the voice for small business development in southern Colorado.
